Promoting Long-term Health and Wellness

The YMCA of the Triangle recognizes that childhood obesity is on the rise, that families don’t always have the opportunity to sit down togather for meals, and that everday health and wellness can be challenging. We incorporate health and wellness into our youth programs, from after school fitness challenges to making healthy snack choices.
